Steve has completed more than 100 transactions during the past three years and over five million square feet of transactions since 1998. He manages all aspects of his corporate clients' real estate activities, offering strong process-baseed services for consultation, relocation, renegotiation, and disposition assignments. He is an expert at forming and managing strategic alliances, both internally and externally, on his clients' behalf. Steve performs and/or orchestrates all activities involved with the transaction process, such as financial analysis, project management, board meetings, lease administration, legal review, market evaluations, property tours, lease negotiations, build-to-suit evaluations, restorations and strategic consultations.

He has successfully managed client relationships with Health Management Systems, Guggenheim Partners, Crawford & Company, National Instruments, Valley Crest Design Group, Lennox Industries, Accuvant, Electronic Warfare Associates, SAIC, Columbia College, CheckPoint Software, Tectura, Expanets and Cox Communications. Steve has also maintained relationships with government agencies such as Tricare, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Army Corps of Engineers, and Social Security Administration.

Steve is an active member of Denver Metropolitan Commercial Area Realtors (DMCAR) and has been recognized as a DMCAR "Heavy Hitter" from 2001 through 2014. He is also a member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Taylor made his transition to commercial real estate from the golf industry.  During his time in the golf industry, he met and formed valuable relationships with some of the most successful people in the world.  He worked at four of the top 100 golf courses in America, including Cherry Hills in Denver.  These golf industry experiences have made him an expert in customer relations, sales, financial decisions, attention to detail, and managing people.

He has successfully managed client relationships with Crawford & Company, Hackstaff & Snow, URL Integration, HHAeXchange, Mile High Dive Club, and enVision Business Consulting.

Taylor is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Area Realtors (DMCAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  Taylor graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and is an active member of the Professional Golfers Association of America (PGA).
